The Venice Commission has not discussed the amendments brought by the Government Emergency Ordinance to the Justice laws, Justice Minister Tudorel Toader said on Monday.
"In reply to those who do not want to understand: the Venice Commission has not discussed the amendments brought by the Government Emergency Ordinance to the Justice laws. Such an opinion is to be adopted at the plenary sitting in December 2018!" the Justice minister wrote on Facebook.
At the end of the message, Tudorel Toader says: "PS - the message will be deleted in an hour!"
