Kovesi files complaint at ECHR regarding her revocation as DNA head

Laura Codruta Kovesi filed a complaint at the European Court of Human Rights in December 2018 indicating that several rights were violated when she was dismissed as chief prosecutor of the the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA), following the decision of the Constitutional Court in May 2018.

"In December 2018, I filed a personal complaint at the European Court of Human Rights, in which I showed that many of the rights stipulated in the European Convention on Human Rights were violated with respect to the revocation from the position of Chief Prosecutor of DNA, as a result of decision No. 358 of May 30, 2018, issued by the Constitutional Court," reads a General Prosecutor's Office answer, at the request of AGERPRES.
