The minimum gross basic salary per country is insufficient to cover the daily living needs of a family, according to a report by the Ombudsman on respect for the right to work, released on Wednesday in a press conference.
"Establishing an average decent minimum gross wage per country would help reduce the number of people living on the brink of poverty," said Ecaterina Mirea, deputy Ombudsman.
