The Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) has started an in rem criminal investigation of Prime Minister Viorica Dancila on a complaint filed by national leader of the opposition National Liberal Party (PNL) Ludovic Orban, judicial sources tell Agerpres.
