The number of people protesting in front of the gov't seat on Wednesday night against the adoption of the Emergency Ordinance (OUG) regarding the amendments to the justice package laws reached over 1,500, the protesters throwing with toilet paper rolls towards the gov't building, according agerpres.ro.
The crowd was clustering for a second time in the Victoriei Square on Wednesday, after a first round at noon that counted for hundreds of protesters.
The people were chanting anti-gov't slogans, making noise with drums and vuvuzelas, bearing flags and placards with messages such as: "Get out of your homes if you care!", "We don't want to be a nation of thieves", "Shame, shame of the blood shed!"
They were also chanting "We'll be here, day after day" and singing the national anthem.
Moreover, layouts with (Social Democratic Party, PSD national leader, ed. n.) Liviu Dragnea and (Liberals and Democrats Alliance, ALDE head, president of the Senate, ed. n.) Calin Popescu-Tariceanu dressed in prison uniforms were being strolled throughout the square, at some point being laid on the road and covered in toilet paper.
Subsequently, scores of toilet paper rolls were thrown synchronically towards the gov't building, according to a previous announcement by the organisers of the event titled "In the street today! We stop the OUG amending the Tax Code!" on the Facebook page dedicated to it
