The honest Romanian entrepreneur mustn't parade paperwork, approvals, nor be obligated to prove to the state that he is correct, said, on Thursday, at the Romanian Capital Forum, Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca, adding that things must change in this domain and it's the duty of the state to reduce bureaucracy.
Ciuca emphasized that digitization is a major priority of this government, adding that the implementation of "e-billing" and connecting cash registers to the National Tax Administration Agency (ANAF) are a first step to reducing interaction between state and entrepreneurs and to increase collection.
According to the Prime Minister, investments are "the engine of growth" and no region should remain behind in what regards the development of infrastructure.
"By continuing the construction of motorways, railway and means of intermodal transport until 2024, we will lean towards the geographical balancing of infrastructure and, of course, the balanced development of the entire country. No region must be left behind from the point of view infrastructure. This is a commitment that we have assumed explicitly in the governing programme, and this direction represents an amplifier for the stimulation of investments," the Prime Minister emphasized.
Nicolae Ciuca maintained that programmes to support small entrepreneurs must be continued and conveyed to entrepreneurs with investment capital they should meet the European directions of development in what regards the green economy, efforts that should be redoubled by encouraging the dual education system, research and innovation.
