"Related to the money for pensions and salaries: we have the necessary budgetary resources to pay for the pensions and salaries in the public system, according to our commitments made as part of our governing programme and the Salary Law adopted by the government.
The PM also added that the Ministry of Public Finance is currently working on the draft budget for 2019, which is quite advanced.
"The draft budget for next year will accurately reflect the existence of the necessary resource to cover for the increased pensions and increased salaries in the public system, the increased minimum salary per economy, as we committed ourselves in front of the Romanians that we will do. I lead a government that is convinced that the progress of our economy must be felt by the Romanians too, who need an increased income and a better life. This is the commitment that we made when we won the elections and we want to respect," stated Dancila.
