Senate President, Liberal leader Florin Citu, reiterated, on Wednesday, that the measures discussed in the governing coalition must be publicly communicated after the session in which they were taken, not before, mentioning he approached the matter with the leaders of the Social Democratic Party (PSD).
"I say it publicly, as well as privately. I maintain my opinion that measures should be first discussed in the coalition and then made public," said Citu, after the meeting of the Joint Standing Bureaus of the two Chambers of Parliament.
Citu stated, on Tuesday evening, at private broadcaster Digi24, that there should be discussions in the coalition before public statements are made.
"I would like more fairplay, not to throw messages in the public space. We are not in an electoral campaign. It's a coalition, it's a compromise, so I expected fairplay," said the Liberal leader.
