Decision to bring students back to face to face courses belongs to each university, President Klaus Iohannis stated on Thursday.
"Considering that each university has its own profile, the decision will be taken depending on each university's needs, considering that they have the autonomy, but, obviously, they are free to align to the scenario the pre-university system follows if they want to," the head of state said at the Cotroceni Palace.
