President Klaus Iohannis signed on Friday the promulgation decree of the Law regarding the minimum inclusion income, which stipulates the granting of "a social assistance benefit" for families and single persons in need.
The Law stipulates that the minimum inclusion income represents the financial support offered by the state in order to ensure the minimum living standard for families and single persons who are in the situation in which they "have lost or have been limited their capacities of social integration", as well as to prevent the poverty risk among children and to stimulate their participation in the education system.
