PSD president Sorin Grindeanu declared on Wednesday that it is clear to everyone that at the governmental level things are not working as they should and added that he has reproaches regarding the management of the Government.
Grindeanu was asked whether, in the PSD's view, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan has used up his political fuel.
"During this period, I would not like to discuss things on a personal level. It is clear to everyone that at the governmental level, things are not working properly. And PSD has nothing personal with Ilie Bolojan. Ilie Bolojan is the Prime Minister. As Prime Minister, on the other hand, things, as I was saying earlier, at the governmental level, from our point of view, are not working properly and things could work even better and I have not hidden that. I have said since September that we must have economic recovery measures. I said that if we only come up with measures like these where you cut, cut and cut, you will enter a recession, you will have reductions in consumption and here we have them. You will have a reduction in industrial production and we saw this morning that this happened. This shows, beyond individuals, a management. We if we have something, we have things to reproach that are related to this management", Grindeanu said at the Palace of Parliament.
The PSD leader said that if the case arise, he would go to the meetings of the governing coalition.
"I, apart from last week, when I called the meeting and I did well, because things in Parliament related to the budget were unblocked and at the same time we, PSD, managed to impose the solidarity package, otherwise the coalition meetings were held on Mondays. The one who, and this is through an agreement made at the beginning of the collaboration, the one who organizes is the acting prime minister. I did not receive any invitation", he emphasized.
