SocDem leader Dragnea: PSD Executive chairman, Secretary general to be elected by vote at party's March 10 Congress

The Executive chairman and the Secretary general of the ruling Social Democratic Party (PSD) will be elected by vote at the PSD Congress on March 10, the formation's leader Liviu Dragnea announced on Monday at the end of the meeting of the National Executive Committee.
