According to a memorandum approved by the leadership of Parliament, the President of the State of Israel, Isaac Herzog, will pay an official visit to Romania over June 28 - 29.
"On this occasion, the President of the State of Israel expressed his wish to address a message to the Romanian lawmakers gathered in the joint sitting of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. In this context, the heads of the diplomatic missions of the EU member states, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova accredited to Bucharest will be invited to the joint session. Guests of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Bucharest will also attend," the document states.
