Nearly 100 Ukrainian refugees entered Romania in the first two days of Easter through the border crossings in the Botosani County, informs the Botosani Prefect's Office on Tuesday.
According to the same source, 94 people and 34 cars entered in the last 48 hours through the Stanca-Costeti and Radauti Prut Lipcani border crossing points, which ensure the connection between Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Most of them, 62 people, entered Romania on the second day of Easter.
Officials from the Prefect's Office say that all Ukrainian citizens entering Romania through the two border crossings receive water, food, medical care and can obtain information about the problems they face.
On Tuesday morning, at 8.00 am, 80 Ukrainian citizens were accommodated in the temporary accommodation units provided by the authorities in Botosani.
