The number of registrations of natural and legal persons increased, in the first ten months of this year, by 2.53%, compared to the similar period in 2021, up to 132,616, of which 99,230 are limited liability companies (SRL), according to centralized data by the National Trade Registry Office (ONRC), consulted by AGERPRES.
The most registrations were registered in the Municipality of Bucharest, respectively 25,085 (plus 25.58%, compared to January-October 2021), and in the counties of Cluj - 8,163 (+10.39%), Ilfov - 6,907 (+14.75 %) and Timis - 6,276 (+3.19%).
Conversely, the lowest number of registrations was recorded in the counties of Covasna - 813 (14.6% decrease compared to the first ten months of 2021), Tulcea - 922 (22.06% decrease) and Ialomita - 949 (minus 1.96%).
According to ONRC, the fields in which the most registrations were made are: wholesale and retail trade; motor vehicle and motorcycle repair (23,148, -9.59%, compared to the same period last year), professional, scientific and technical activities (14,531, +24.97%) and construction (13,608, -4.11%).
In October 2022, 12,014 natural and legal persons were registered, the most in Bucharest (2,638) and in the counties of Ilfov (700), Cluj (691) and Timis (574).
