As many as 290 people infected with the novel coronavirus are hospitalized in the specialized health units, out of whom 55 in intensive care, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) announced on Monday.
In Romania, 1,990 people confirmed with the novel coronavirus infection are in isolation at home, and 621 are in institutional isolation.
Moreover, 23,380 people are in quarantine at home, and 23 persons are in institutional quarantine.
