The National Committee for Vaccination against COVID (CNCAV) reports that 38,807 doses of vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours, of which 33,862 doses of Pfizer vaccine and 4,945 doses of Modern vaccine, according to data provided on Tuesday by the National Public Health Institute through the application of the National Electronic Registry of Vaccinations.
To date, according to CNCAV, 889,756 doses of Pfizer vaccine have been given to the public (since December 27, 2020) and 40,399 doses of Moderna vaccine (Moderna vaccine has been administered since February 4, 2021), with a total of 930,155 doses of COVID vaccine.
In the last 24 hours, 47 general adverse reactions were reported, all with Pfizer vaccine, with no adverse reactions with Moderna vaccine. The CNCAV states that eight side effects are being investigated.
Since the beginning of immunization, there have been 2,517 adverse reactions to the Pfizer vaccine and nine to Moderna.
