Babes-Bolyai University (UBB) of Cluj-Napoca launches Empowering Students UBB Hub - a support space for graduates of mentoring programs.
"Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca launches Empowering Students UBB Hub, an initiative aimed at supporting students who have completed the UBB&US Career Insights or Alumni Mentor mentoring programs, offering them access to resources and opportunities for professional and personal development. The project, coordinated by Associate Professor Alexandra Mutiu PhD, UBB vice-rector, creates a structured framework for the continuation of students' educational and professional careers, through activities dedicated to consolidating the acquired skills," reads a release sent by UBB on Wednesday.
According to the cited source, Empowering Students UBB Hub offers interested students access to mentoring and continuous counseling, provided by professors and specialists from various fields; networking and professional development sessions, which facilitate connections with the academic and business environment; specialized workshops and training sessions, focused on developing essential skills for integration into the labor market and access to educational resources and personalized support, adapted to the needs of each participant.
