The Investment and Development Bank (BID), under the patronage of the Ministry of Finance, is organizing, on Monday, the official launch event of the Guarantee Conventions for the Portfolio Guarantee for SMEs.
This stage marks the operationalization of the first BID guarantee program dedicated to the entrepreneurial environment, which strengthens the partnership between the public and banking sectors, in support of investments and sustainable economic development.
By collaborating with participating financial institutions, BID paves the way for new financing aimed at strengthening the capital of SMEs, accelerating investments in digitalization and green transition, and creating sustainable jobs.
The event will be attended, among others, by Alexandru Nazare, Minister of Finance.
