Bucharest is hosting today HumAInitty, an open debate among professionals on the future of the workforce and leadership in the era of artificial intelligence.
According to organisers, large consulting companies estimate that, by 2030, about 30% of current working hours will be automated, and companies that make the most of the potential of talent can generate up to three times more revenue per employee as against the market average.
HumAInity 2025 brings together over 100 business leaders, HR executives and managers, technology and organisational development professionals, as well as all those who want to understand how the future of the labour market is being built in the era of artificial intelligence.
Among the speakers are Radu Hanga - chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bucharest Stock Exchange; Andreea Stanescu - head of Business Management, Infrastructure & Cloud, Site Lead Romania, London Stock Exchange; Ciprian Todea - AI expert and entrepreneur and Andrei Stupu - Fullbrigh Doctoral Research at Harvard, Intelligence.
Among the main issues at HumAInity 2025 are the economic and market trends shaping up the workforce in the AI era, where leaders discuss building environments where people and technology collaborate effectively, ethics in the age of AI, intergenerational collaboration in an AI-driven environment, and the debate of the moment, "Is AI replacing humans?".
