The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Thursday's session lower, and the total value of transactions amounted to 2.7 billion lei (542.917 million euros), of which 2.609 billion lei (524.432 million lei) were transactions with bonds.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 2% to 16,424.98 points.
The BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid stocks, closed down by 1.97%, the extended blue-chip BET-XT index, of the 25 most liquid stocks, went down by 1.76%, and the index of SIFs, BET-FI, appreciated by 0.1%.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, registered a decline of 1.77%, while the BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, closed down 1.64% .
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, depreciated by 1.43%.
The most liquid shares on the regulated market were those of OMV Petrom, with exchanges of 22.248 million lei, followed by the shares of Transilvania Bank, with 18.216 million lei, and of Hidroelectrica - 9.71 million lei.
The best developments were recorded by Mecanica Ceahlau (+11%), COMCM Constanta (+4.76%) and Altur (+2.9%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were registered by Sinteza (-7.76%), Turism Felix (-6.88%) and Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (-5.12%). AGERPRES
