The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session lower on almost all indices, with trading of 35.11 million RON (7.06 million euros), of which 26.84 million RON (5.39 million euros) represented transactions with shares.
The most liquid Stocks were those of Transilvania Bank, with transactions of 5.2 million RON, followed by the shares of OMV Petrom, with 3.15 million RON, and of the Bucharest Stock Exchange - 2.98 million RON.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, decreased by 0.28%, to the value of 17,568.14 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares from the Stock Exchange, lost 0.23% of their value.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was down 0.29%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, was up 0.08%.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, depreciated by 0.29%, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.16%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, fell by 0.28%.
The best developments were registered by the shares of Societatea de Constructii Napoca (+15%), Grupul Industrial Electrocontact (+14.29%) and Energopetrol (+10.53%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares of Prebet (-5.88%), Prefab (-5.11%) and Bittnet Systems (-4.29%).
