Bucharest Stock Exchange closes mixed the last trading session of the week

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed the last session of this week mixed, and the value of transactions decreased to 68.98 million RON (13.7 million euros) from 71.45 million RON (14.208 million euros) in the previous session.

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.53%, to the value of 18,389.47 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed down by 0.57%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, fell 0.34%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, rose 0.42%.

The BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, fell slightly by 0.02%, but the BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, closed up 0.61%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed down slightly by 0.04%.

The most liquid stocks were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 28.06 million RON, followed by OMV Petrom shares, with 9.90 million RON, and One United Properties, with over 2.24 million RON.

The best developments were recorded by Condmag shares (+15%), Comelf (+9.50%) and Armatura (+9.38%).

On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by Altur shares (-6.38%), Romcarbon (-5.25%) and Promateris (-5.11%).
