The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Tuesday's trading session mixed, with trading exceeding 50.83 million lei (9.99 million euros).
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.02%, to 21,639.50 points, while BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, recorded a decrease of 0.03%.
Also, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded a decline similar to BET-Plus, and the SIF index, BET-FI, depreciated by 0.07%.
On the other hand, the BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, closed up by 0.07%, while BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, recorded a decline of 0.18%.
At the same time, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, recorded an advance of 1.78%.
The most liquid shares were those of Hidroelectrica, with transactions totaling 4.94 million lei, followed by Banca Transilvania shares - with 4.72 million lei, and OMV Petrom shares - 3.11 million lei.
At the same time, the best developments were recorded by Armatura (+12.15%), Mecanica Ceahlau (+11.58%) and Vrancart (+5.42%).
The most significant decreases were recorded by Bittnet Systems SA Bucuresti shares (-5.38%), Rompetrol Rafinare (-2.30%) and Turbomecanica (-2.05%).
