Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Monday's session in the green

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Monday's trading session with gains on most indices, with a transaction value of 1.729 billion RON, most of which, 1.663 billion RON, was in bonds.

On the stock market, the turnover value was about 62.323 million RON and the most liquid were Banca Transilvania shares, with almost 35.932 million RON, Electrica, with 3.745 million RON, and Transelectrica, with 2.631 million RON.

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 1.06%, to the value of 19,057.52 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Stock Exchange, closed up by 1.03%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded an advance of 0.90%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, depreciated by 0.05%.

At the same time, the BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, increased by 0.52%, and BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.69%.

Also, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed up 0.74%.

The best developments were recorded by Altur shares (+6.85%), Green Tech International (+5.27%) and SSIF BRK Financial Group (+5%).

On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by COMCM shares (-4.95%), Sinteza (-4.85%) and Artego (-4.44%).
