Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Tuesday's session indecisively

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Tuesday's session indecisively, with the value of transactions reaching 111 million RON (21.96 million euros).

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.09%, to the value of 18,521.83 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed down by 0.04%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded a decline of 0.02%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, rose by 1.09%.

The BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, appreciated by 0.47%, while the BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.68%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed with an appreciation of 1.09%.

The most liquid stocks were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 31 million RON, followed by Hidroelectrica shares, with 12.45 million RON, and Romgaz, with 4.12 million RON.

The best developments were recorded by Sinteza shares (+14.71%), Promateris (+10.19%) and Energopetrol (+10%).

On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of Chimcomplex (-4.51%), Hidroelectrica (-4.12%) and Comcm (-3.43).
