Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Wednesday's sesssion in the green

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed on Wednesday with an increase on all indices, and the value of transactions was 151.39 million RON (29.81 million euros).

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 0.14%, to the value of 20,023.82 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Stock Exchange, closed up by 0.15%.

The BET-XT extended blue-chip index, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded an advance of 0.18%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, rose by 0.36%.

The BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, rose by 0.23%, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, recorded an increase of 0.40%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed with an appreciation of 0.34%.

The most liquid securities were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 23.91 million RON, followed by Hidroelectrica shares, with 7.6 million RON, and Fondul Proprietatea, with 5.5 million RON.

The best developments were recorded by the shares of Electroaparataj (+13.42%), Bucharest Stock Exchange (+5.47%) and Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+4.39%).

On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of Bittnet Systems SA Bucharest (-6.3%), Prefab (-6.25%) and Mecanica Ceahlau (-5.5%).
