The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday's trading session higher, with turnover at 8.87 million RON (1.7 million EUR) after 35 minutes of trading.
The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered an appreciation of 0.62%, while the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, was up 0.60%.
Meanwhile, the BET-XT blue-chip broad index of the 25 most liquid stocks was up 0.55%, while the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG was up 0.46%.
The BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies was down 0.68% and while the sectoral energy and related utilities index BET-NG went up 0.76%.
ccording to BVB data, the best performances were recorded by shares of COMCM Constanta (+9.04%), Prebet SA Aiud (+8.49%) and Sphera Franchise Group (+3.11%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by Energopetrol (-10.83%), Sinteza (-5.38%) and UCM Resita (-5.24%).
