Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Tuesday's session in the red

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Tuesday's session with a decrease in all indices, and the turnover amounted to 18.387 million RON (3.7 million euros), one hour after the start of transactions.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered a depreciation of 1.29%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BSE, was also down by 1.29 %, agerpres reports.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, fell by 1.09%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, lost 0.87% of its value.

The BET-FI index of SIFs was down by 0.27%. BET-NG, the index of 10 companies from the energy and utilities sector, depreciated by 0.05%.

According to BVB data, Rompetrol Well Services (+1.57%), Evergent Investments (+0.85%) and Socep (+0.70%) recorded the biggest increases in the value of shares.

On the other hand, the shares Dafora (-7.69%), Artego (-5.41%) and Romcab (-4.54%) were in decline.
