Bucharest Stock Exchange opens Tuesday's session in the red

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) started the Tuesday session with a decline in all indices, and the turnover amounted to 7.3 million RON (1.44 million euros), after the first half hour of trading.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded a depreciation of 0.33%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, also recorded a decrease of 0.32%.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, was down 0.31%, while the benchmark for investment fund performance, BET-BK, was up 0.06%.

The BET-FI index of SIFs recorded a decrease of 0.07%, and BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, recorded a depreciation of 0.48%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down 0.30%.

According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Prefab (+8.89%), One United Properties (+8.88%) and Sinteza (+2.65%).

On the other hand, shares of Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (-8.77%), Condmag (-3.23%) and Turism Felix (-3.23%) were down.
