The city of Bucharest will provide sanitary materials and medicines worth 5 million lei for the Ukrainian Red Cross.
A draft decision in this respect was approved unanimously at Monday's meeting of the General Council of Bucharest, Agerpres.ro informs.
The decision provides for the approval of a collaboration protocol between the Municipality of Bucharest, through the Bucharest Hospitals and Medical Services Administration, and the Romanian National Red Cross Society, in order to implement the "Bucharest for Ukraine" initiative.
