Business in market services rendered to enterprises increased in the first nine months of this year by 2.9 pct, over the similar period of 2019, shows the data of the National Institute for Statistics (INS), published on Monday.
Thus, in the January 1 - September 30, 2020 period compared to the January 1 - September 30, 2019 period, in nominal terms, the turnover in market services rendered mainly to enterprises, as a brute series, has increased, overall, by 2.9 pct, due to increases recorded in the turnover from activities of information services and technology (+24 pct), other services rendered mainly to enterprises (+4.1 pct), communications activities (+1.7 pct) and activities of cinematographic production, video, television programs, broadcasting of programs (+0.3 pct).
Decreases were found in transport activities (-4.2 pct).
In adjusted series depending on the number of working days and seasonality, the turnover increased, overall, by 2.6 pct.
The turnover in market services rendered mainly to enterprises, series adjusted depending on the number of working days and seasonality, in September 2020, compared to September 2019, in nominal terms, increased, overall, by 3.8 pct.
