The Buzau County Museum and the "Margareta Sterian" Arts High School Buzau are organizing the opening of the exhibition of the works of art awarded in the 15th edition of the "Margareta Sterian" National Art Competition, an event that will bring to the public's attention paintings, art graphics, sculptures and photography.
The activity is dedicated to promoting the talent of young artists from mainstream and vocational education.
"The exhibition will be organized at the 'I.C. Bratianu' Museum Center, between February 28 and March 9, 2025, and the opening will take place on February 28, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. This event represents a unique opportunity to discover the remarkable creations of the students from all over the country that have proven themselves through originality, expressiveness and artistic mastery. The exhibition brings together works of painting, graphics, decorative arts, sculpture and photography. The "Margareta Sterian" National Art Competition has become, over the years, a platform of affirmation for young artists, offering them the opportunity to exhibit their works in a professional setting and to be appreciated by specialists in the field of visual arts," the Buzau County Museum said.
