The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened lower on Tuesday on trades of RON 3.5 million l (EUR 690,402) 30 minutes into the trading session.
The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks fell by 0.17%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks declined 0.16%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks lost 0.19%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was down 0.23%.
The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks declined 0.16%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 0.22%.
According to BVB, the top three risers were SSIF BRK Financial Group (+3.46%), Vrancart (+0.92%) and Oil Terminal (0.43%).
On the other hand, the top three fallers were Rompetrol Well Services (-1.67%), Alumil Rom Industry (-1.23%) and Electromagnetica (-0.94%).
