Calin Georgescu, former presidential candidate, has been sent to court by prosecutors in the case in which he is accused of legionary propaganda.
Thus, the case prosecutor within the Prosecutor's Office with the High Court of Cassation and Justice has completed the investigations and ordered indicting Calin Georgescu for the crime of promoting, in public, the cult of persons guilty of committing crimes of genocide, against humanity and war crimes, as well as the act of promoting, in public, fascist, legionary, racist or xenophobic ideas, conceptions or doctrines, in a continuous form (5 material acts).
