Romania's Constitutional Court on Wednesday established that Parliament and the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) are involved in a legal conflict related to the panels specialized on corruption, CCR officials told AGERPRES.
The same sources said the cases without a final decision until January 1 2019 will be retrialed by the five-judge panels of the ICCJ. The decision was taken by a majority of votes.
