The children of Romania deserve to grow up in a society that provides them with safety, education, care and the chance to follow their dreams, acting Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan said on Monday, on the occasion of Children's Day, according to Agerpres.
He added that a country must be built for the young generation, that they can trust and where they will want to stay.
"Today, on June 1, we celebrate childhood, the sincere joy and the hope that every child brings into our lives. Romania's children deserve to grow up in a society that offers them safety, education, care and the chance to follow their dreams. We have the duty to build for them a country they can trust and where they will want to stay, learn and succeed. Happy Children's Day to every child!," the prime minister said in a Facebook message.
