CNCAV: 18,873 people vaccinated against COVID in last 24 hours

A number of 18,873 doses of Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours, of which 3,531 represent the first dose, 3,662 - the second dose and 11,680 - the third dose, the National Coordinating Committee for Activities on Vaccination against COVID-19 (CNCAV) informed on Wednesday.

According to CNCAV, since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, on December 27, 2020, 16,360,071 doses of vaccines have been administered to 8,056,403 people, with 7,958,915 having been fully vaccinated and 2,330,498 having also taken the third dose, Agerpres.ro informs.

Seven side effects were reported in the last 24 hours, one local and six general.

In total, since the start of the vaccination campaign, there have been 19,861 adverse reactions to COVID vaccines, 2,169 local and 17,692 general.
