A number of 8,240 people with COVID-19 are hospitalized in the specialized health units, of whom 1,054 in ICUs, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) informed on Wednesday, according to AGERPRES.
In Romania, 48,894 people confirmed with the novel coronavirus infection are in isolation at home, and 11,691 are in institutionalized isolation.
Also, 69,947 people are in quarantine at home, and 157 in institutionalized quarantine.
