The Prosecutors' Section of the Superior Council of Magistrates (CSM) issued on Monday a positive opinion on the candidates proposed by Justice Minister Tudorel Toader for the leadership positions within the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).
According to the solved agenda, the Prosecutors' Section issued a positive opinion on the Justice Minister's appointment proposals of Bogdan Felician Voicu for the prosecutor-in-chief office of the Section for combating drug trafficking, Alina Albu for the prosecutor-in-chief office of the Section for combating organised crime and Gabriel Doru Stoica for the prosecutor-in-chief office of the Section for counter terrorism and cybercrime.
Tudorel Toader announced on 7 January that the respective proposals will be sent to Romania's President after receiving the advisory opinion.
