Asia Fest, an event dedicated to Asian culture and gastronomy, takes place from Friday to Sunday in the courtyard of the National Arena (entry from Maior Coravu Street), organizers announced.

According to a press release sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday, for three days, visitors will be invited on a true "gastronomic journey" through 16 Asian countries. The festival brings together restaurants and food trucks offering an impressive variety of traditional and reinterpreted dishes, turning Bucharest into "the largest Asian street food hub in Southeast Europe" for one weekend, inform Agerpres.

Visitors can sample, among others, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Sri Lankan and Indonesian cuisine.

At Asia Fest, the culinary experience continues in the Asia Market, where visitors can discover and purchase authentic delicacies to enjoy at home.

Among the available products are rare spices, aromatic herbs, exotic sauces, traditional teas, jams and ready-made specialties brought directly from various corners of Asia. Thus, each visitor has the chance to take home not just the memory of the festival, but also a piece of the flavors that define Asian cuisines.

Visitors can attend Asia Fest until 10:00 PM. Entry is based on tickets and passes, which can be purchased at the entrance or online via More.ro. Children under 7 and persons with disabilities enjoy free entry.
