Deputies vote to extend tenures of local elected office holders until November 1

The Chamber of Deputies adopted on Monday the bill extending the tenures of local elected office holders until November 1, 2020.

The bill had already cleared the Senate, as the first notified chamber. The Chamber of Deputies is the decision-making body in this matter.
