Dragos Cosmin Niculescu was appointed on Tuesday president in rank of state secretary ofthe Agency for Digital Agenda of Romania, by decision of Prime Minister Viorica Dancila, as issued in the Official Gazette of Romania.
At the same time, the Premier decided to remove Liviu Cozmin Stoica from the top of the said agency.
