The Europe Direct Vaslui Center, in partnership with the Vaslui County Cultural Center and Open Camp Vaslui, will organize on July 26 and 27 the E.U. - Focus on Vaslui: Eco-cultural Gastronomic Tour.
The project, which is organized in the context of Vaslui Youth Capital of Romania 2025, aims to promote tourist routes, local gastronomy and elements of local heritage.
"The activity is intended to create tourist routes for cyclists, combined with discovering local heritage values in the rural area, testing local products and promoting them to the public. The event aims to promote both the use of environmentally friendly, zero-carbon means of transport, such as bicycles, a healthy lifestyle, and the discovery of hidden values in Vaslui villages - heritage churches, sites, unique local gastronomic products", the representatives of the Europe Direct Center inform.
A photography workshop coordinated by digital creator Sorin Onisor will take place as part of the project.
On July 26, the event will take place in the Ivanesti commune, and on July 27 the activities will take place in the Laza commune.
