The White Day of Universities, a unique initiative dedicated to high school and university students, is taking place today in the building of the Faculty of Management and Rural Development within the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.
In its fifth edition, the event, held in previous editions under the title "White Night of Universities," now brings a new, adapted and improved concept, and includes inspirational presentations by recognised leaders, pioneers in their fields, edutainment sessions, personal development trainings, interactions with financial experts and company promotion stands, project partner organisations and bodies.
In the Marketplace area of the event, visitors can interact in a practical and constructive way with officials of large companies, bodies and associations and will have the opportunity to discover relevant aspects of their activity.
The event is organised by the Financial Oversight Authority (FSA), the Faculty of Management and Rural Development of the Bucharest University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) and the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF).
Financial education is a common objective of the institutions involved in supporting this project, aiming to increase the level of information of the younger generations and develop a responsible behaviour, which will allow them to build a stable financial future.
"A unique concept of financial edutainment comes to the heart of the campus of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest. White Day of Universities brings together high school and university students, and prominent personalities from the entrepreneurial and financial environment. The top entrepreneur, honorary presidential advisor Dragos Anastasiu, influencer Radu Chirila, financial expert Irina Chitu and entrepreneur Dorin Dancu will also share life stories, valuable lessons and perspectives designed to inspire and guide the new generations for a stable financial future," according to organisers.
