The Bucharest Court ordered on Monday the acquittal of former Interior Minister Gabriel Oprea for committing manslaughter, in connection with the 2015 road accident that led to the death of policeman Bogdan Gigina.
The ruling is not final and can be challenged by the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA). AGERPRES
