GCS: 208 deaths recorded among COVID-19 patients in the past 24 hours

A total of 208 deaths in patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been reported in the past 24 hours, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) reported on Tuesday.

According to GCS, there are 99 men and 109 women.

According to the GCS, 185 of the deaths were recorded among patients who had comorbidities, 13 deceased patients did not have comorbidities, and no comorbidities have been reported for 10 deceased patients to date.

No deaths were reported prior to the reference interval.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 36,658 people diagnosed with COVID-19 have died in Romania, Agerpres informs.
