In the medical units, the total number of people admitted with COVID-19 is 6,876, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) reported on Monday.
Of the total, 353 patients are admitted to the ICU, the source added.
On the territory of Romania, 1,900 people confirmed with the novel coronavirus are in isolation at home, and 4,112 are in institutionalized isolation.
Furthermore, 12,396 people are in quarantine at home, and there are 14 people in institutionalized quarantine.
