Most new cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection compared to the last report were registered in Bucharest - 2,538 and the counties of Timis - 614, Ilfov - 511, Cluj - 485, Prahova - 461, Dolj - 452, Iasi - 383, informed, on Saturday, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS).
The fewest new cases of COVID-19 were in the counties of Tulcea - 33, Giurgiu - 44 and Harghita - 61.
The capital has an incidence of 8.28 cases per thousand inhabitants.
Ilfov County ranks first in terms of the 14-day cumulative incidence rate, with 8.67 cases per thousand inhabitants, followed by the counties of Timis - 7.30, Cluj - 5.34 and Dolj - 4.99, Agerpres.ro informs.
Along with these, the counties of Alba (3.18), Arad (4.34), Bistrita-Nasaud (4.27), Botosani (3.17), Brasov (3.24), Caras-Severin (3.17), Calarasi (3.45), Constanta (4.20), Galati (3.05), Giurgiu (3.98), Hunedoara (3.19), Ialomita (3.52), Iasi (3.83), Maramures (3.92), Mehedinti (4.46), Olt (4.19), Prahova (3.97), Satu-Mare (3.60) ), Salaj (4.08), Suceava (3.49), Teleorman (4.60) and Vaslui (3.33) are also in the red zone (over 3 cases per thousand inhabitants).
In the yellow zone there are 13 counties, and in the green zone - two counties.
