The Government on Tuesday evening sent Romania's President the request to urgently convene a meeting of the Supreme Council for National Defence (CSAT), aimed at assessing and approving the proposals to rectify the budgets of the institutions operating in the national security area, reads a Government release sent to stiripesurse.ro
